Introduction

Welcome to Crude Crumbs. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Products

  • All our treats are handmade in small batches. This means there may be slight variations in appearance, size, or decoration compared to product photos.

  • Allergen information is listed on the website with each product. As a small team we are very careful with allergens and cook batches separately however, our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soya, so we cannot 100% guarantee against cross-contamination. It is the customer’s responsibility to check allergen details before ordering.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.

  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other providers offered at checkout.

  • Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class within 2 working days (Mon–Fri). Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days from dispatch.

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed. We cannot accept liability for delays once parcels are in the postal system.

  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We cannot refund or replace orders where an incorrect address has been provided.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • As our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once dispatched.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued if your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is missing items.

  • Refunds will not be issued for allergen-related issues where information was available at the point of order.

6. Liability

  • Crude Crumbs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (text, images, branding) is owned by Crude Crumbs. It may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
