🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

All our bakes are made fresh to order and posted directly from our York kitchen. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Dispatch time: Orders are usually baked and dispatched within 2 working days (Mon–Fri). During busy periods, this may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

  • Delivery method: We send all parcels via Royal Mail First Class. Most customers receive their order the next working day after dispatch, but please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.

  • Planning ahead: If you need your order for a specific date (like a birthday or event), we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • Letterbox-friendly: Our brownie gift boxes are designed to fit through most standard UK letterboxes, so no waiting in for the postie. However not all letterboxes are standard so you may have to collect it. 

  • Shipping costs: Standard UK delivery is calculated at the checkout. We do not add any margin to postal and we work as hard as possible to get the cheapest available delivery for your gift. 

  • Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. We can’t refund or replace orders where the address was entered incorrectly.

  • Express delivery: Not currently available, but watch this space.
